    This Refund Policy explains how DSBootcamp Technologies handles refunds, cancellations, and renewals for our digital products and subscriptions. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

    No Refunds on Digital Products

    We do not offer refunds on digital products. Once you have purchased access to our courses, case studies, or subscription plans, the sale is final. This is standard practice for digital goods, as access is provided immediately upon purchase.

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

    • Cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting us
    • Access continues until the end of the paid period
    • No automatic charges after cancellation

    Renewal and Payment Information

    Renewal is manual. We do not save your payment information on our servers, and we do not automatically charge you for renewal. When your subscription is due to renew, you will need to complete the payment again if you wish to continue your access.

    Exceptions

    In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These may include:

    • Duplicate or erroneous charges
    • Technical issues preventing access that we are unable to resolve
    • Service unavailability for an extended period due to platform issues

    All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
